As Founder of Animos AI, Stephen helps organisations simplify how they understand and apply AI - removing friction, improving clarity, and giving time back to people.
He brings a mix of enterprise experience, entrepreneurial instinct, and human empathy - helping clients move from curiosity to clarity, and from clarity to confident action.

Vinil is the technical backbone of Animos AI - a data and analytics leader who turns complex technology into practical business advantage.
He is an Engineering Manager – Data at Nitro Software and previously a Lecturer in Analytics at Dublin Coding School, he’s guided teams from early-stage startups to C-suite leaders through real-world AI adoption.
At Animos AI, Vinil leads on technical strategy, system design, and responsible implementation- ensuring every solution is built for real impact: scalable, ethical, and genuinely useful.
He’s known for bridging people, process, and precision - connecting deeply with both engineers and executives to make technology work for everyone.
